Behold a full sheet pan of s'mores! Crisp graham crackers, toasty marshmallows and copious amount of dark chocolate. All ready to devour at the same time. Yes, a crackling fire is lovely... but so is this scenario. Why didn't I think of this before?
Seriously - this was SUCH A HIT! And, every single s'more was ready to serve at once. In about 5 minutes!
The whole recipe is easy - from assembling, to broiling the marshmallows, to drizzling chocolate over the top. In fact, this is hardly a "recipe"; more like instructions. Consider this for your next game day party, kid's birthday or holiday soiree!
I love this recipe because you can make as many s'mores as you want. Want to make eight for a quick weeknight dessert? Go right ahead! Need 4 dozen for a party? Go for it!
About the marshmallows: I used mini marshmallows because they make a really cool presentation when they melt. Like little nuggets of melty marshmallow joy, blanketed in chocolate. So much to love.
Sheet Pan S'Mores
Feel free to double, triple (or even half) the recipe to suit your needs.
1 package graham crackers, broken into squares
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 cup dark chocolate chips or melting wafers
Preheat the broiler. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Arrange the graham crackers on the prepared pan and top each cracker with about 15 mini marshmallows. Place the pan under the broiler and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown (keep an eye on them, they'll burn fast!).
Remove the pan from the oven.
Melt the chocolate chips in a small saucepan, or in the microwave, checking and stirring every 30 seconds. Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate all over the marshmallows. Let stand until set. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Makes as many as you want!
