Three Ingredient Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Wonton Cups

You read that right - 3 ingredients! Crisp, toasted wontons, creamy peanut butter, dark chocolate. One-bite-wonders, crammed with protein and deliciousness.

You know how I love my little healthy treats! And these are no different. In fact, I made this huge batch for the cross country meet last weekend. The athletes noshed on them before AND after the race. I'd like to think that I contributed to a PR (personal record) or two... lol
I also love the versatility of wonton wrappers! I could have filled the toasted cups with practically anything and they would have been awesome. Chocolate and peanut butter is always a hit, but you can easy use another nut butter - or even fruit. You can also drizzle the cups with Nutella or warmed fruit preserves. Have fun and go to town - you can't mess this up.

About the chocolate: I used dark chocolate melting wafers for this recipe. If you want to use chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate), use about 4-5 chips to replace one melting wafer.

Three Ingredient Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Wonton Cups
I used the entire package of wonton wrappers and make 52 cups. You can cut the recipe however you want and make less.

1 package wonton wrappers (52 wrappers)
52 plus 1/2 cup dark chocolate melting wafers, see note above
1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice, or more as desired

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Press the wonton wrappers into the bottom and sides of mini muffin pans (use as many wonton wrappers/muffin pans as you need). Place a melting wafer in the bottom of each cup.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until the wrappers are crisp and golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven and let the cups cool for 5 minutes.
Spoon a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of peanut butter into each cup.
Melt the remaining chocolate in a small saucepan, or in the microwave, checking and stirring every 20 seconds. Use a fork to drizzle the melted chocolate over the cups.
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Makes 52 cups
