Three Ingredient Cookies-and-Cream Sandwiches with Nutella

Store-bought cookies, hazelnut spread, whipped cream. All sandwiched together and frozen. Somebody pinch me.

Seriously, these are friggin' amazing. I almost hesitate to call this a recipe, since everything is store-bought, but I'm sharing anyway. You NEED these in your life (and in your freezer at all times).

Choose your favorite cookies (I like chewy chocolate chip), you favorite whipped cream (refrigerated, frozen or homemade) and your favorite hazelnut spread. Now go to town!

Three Ingredient Cookies-and-Cream Sandwiches with Nutella
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve more people - or to keep a stash in the freezer for when sweet cravings strike).

8 chewy cookies of choice (I used store-bought chocolate chip cookies from the bakery section)
4 teaspoons Nutella or hazelnut spread of choice
1 cup whipped cream, just as Reddi Wip or Cool Whip

Spread the hazelnut spread on the bottom of four cookies, about 1 teaspoon per cookie (or more if desired). Top the spread with whipped cream, about 1/4 cup per cookie (or more if desired). Sandwich the cookie with the second cookie.
Freeze until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 4 (makes 4 sandwiches)
