Snickers Stuffed Brownie Bites

I totally jazzed up brownie mix here! Talk about easy - and insanely delicious. Fudgy brownies stuffed with Snickers Bites - that means not only do you get melt-in-your-mouth brownie in every bite, you get roasted peanuts, nougat and caramel too!

About the brownie mix, I used a 10.25-ounce pouch of fudge brownie mix (Betty Crocker) and made 20 brownie bites. The package called for 1/3 cup of oil, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of water. If you use an 18-ounce boxed brownie mix, you'll get closer to 36 brownie bites. Use any brand you want, including gluten-free. Just read the package to make sure you have what you need!

Think about how great these will be with all the leftover Halloween candy...

These brownies are super fudgy, so make sure you let them cool slightly before removing them from the pan. I found that using my offset spatula was the best way to get the brownies out of the pan - run the spatula around the edges of the brownie to loosen it, and then scoop it out. Since they're so fudgy, if any brownie clings to the bottom of the pan, you can press it back onto the bites!

Snickers Stuffed Brownie Bites

Cooking spray
1 package brownie mix, plus the ingredients needed to make the brownies (typically oil, egg and water)
Snickers Bites - you'll need 20 for a 10.25-ounce pouch, more if you use a boxed mix

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat 24-36 cups of mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
Combine the brownie ingredients as instructed on the package. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the batter into each cup of the prepared pans. Place a Snickers Bite in the center of each cup and press in slightly.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted into the brownie (not the candy) comes out clean or with little moist bits clinging to it.
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing the brownies from the pan (using an offset spatula is the best way to get the brownies out of the pan).
Makes 20-36 brownie bites
