Dark Chocolate Chip Blondies

Oh my gosh. I don't mean to gush, but these are truly incredible. Imagine a chocolate chip cookie, only thicker, richer and studded with plenty of dark chocolate chips. And you know what's even better? You need just one bowl, one whisk, a handful of ingredients, 15 minutes in the oven. It's as simple as that. In less than 30 minutes, you can be chewing on the most decadent blondie ever...

About the chocolate chips: I used Hershey's Special dark chocolate chips - which are slightly larger than regular semi-sweet chips. Use your favorite brand of chips or chunks.
