Stuffed Pepperoni Pizza Bundt Cake!

What the heck? Why cook a pizza in a Bundt pan? Because it looks cool! And, it proves that you can have fun with your food and eat pizza too -- all in the same meal!

I love the way this came out - frozen bread dough, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese! The Bundt cake was just a fun way to bake and present the winning meal.

Stuffed Pepperoni Pizza Bundt Cake

Cooking spray
1-pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed according to package directions
1/3 cup pizza or pasta sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or more if desired
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni, or more if desired
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Roll the dough out into a large oval/rectangle, about 10x14-inches.
Spread the sauce all over the dough, to within 1/2-inch of the edges. Top with the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Like this:
 Roll up tightly. Like this:
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese into the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan. Place the rolled pizza into the pan. Make sure the dough is pinched together at the seams (where the roll meets, and where the roll ended when you finished rolling up). Like this:
Spray the surface with cooking spray and sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of parmesan cheese. Let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. It will look like this:
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before flipping over and serving!
