Chocolate Covered Apricots and Mango
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
20 dried apricots
20 pieces dried mango
Melt the two chocolates in separate bowls, in 20-second intervals in the microwave. Stir and check every 20 seconds so the chocolate doesn't burn.
Dip the apricots in the semi-sweet chocolate and transfer to a parchment-lined baking pan. Dip the mango in the white chocolate and transfer to a parchment-lined pan (or the same pan with the apricots if you have room).
Using a wooden skewer or cake pop stick, drizzle the white chocolate over the apricots and the semi-sweet chocolate over the mango.
Makes 40 pieces
