Three Ingredient Oreo "Mousse"

Like a dollop of cookies-n-cream - smooth and creamy with mashed Oreo cookies woven into every spoonful. 

OK, this is hardly a recipe! But with just 3 ingredients, you can create a sinfully delicious dessert in just 5 minutes!

Three Ingredient Oreo "Mousse"

1 container Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping, thawed according to package directions
2-3 snack-size containers chocolate pudding
10-12 Oreo cookies, plus 4 more for garnish

In a large bowl, combine the Cool Whip and pudding (I used 2 containers of pudding; if you want a darker mousse, use 3 containers). 
Place the 10-12 cookies in a freezer bag and use a rolling pin to mash into crumbs. Fold the cookie crumbs into the pudding mixture. Spoon the mixture into dessert dishes and top with Oreos.
