Happy National Pie Day! In celebration, I transformed pie into pinwheels! This 2-ingredient dessert is super festive -- you can serve it alone, or nestle the pinwheels into ice cream or frozen yogurt!
Nutella Pie Pinwheels
9-inch refrigerated pie crust
2 tablespoons Nutella
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Roll the pie crust out onto a flat surface. Spread the Nutella all over the crust. Roll up tightly. Slice the roll crosswise into 12 pinwheels. Place the pinwheels in a 12-cup mini muffin pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
