This festive and fun wreath couldn't be easier to make! Grab some frozen dinner rolls, nestle a piece of cheese inside, top with garlic and parmesan and bake to perfection! I think this works even after the holidays are over - just don't color the cheese with green food coloring!
Bocconcini-Stuffed Dinner Roll Wreath
12 frozen dinner rolls, thawed according to the package directions
12 bocconcini or 2-inch pieces of mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Parmesan cheese
Pasta sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Stuff a piece of cheese into the center of each dinner roll and shape the dough around the cheese to cover it. Make sure the dough is pinched together to seal.
Arrange the dough balls on a parchment lined baking pan and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with the garlic powder
Color the parmesan cheese with green food coloring and sprinkle the cheese all over the wreath. Let the wreath rise for about 45 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown.
Serve with warm pasta sauce on the side if desired.
Serves 4-6
