Breakfast Parfait with Muesli and Lingonberries

What a great way to start your week! You can assemble this parfait the night before if you want - the muesli cereal will soften as it sits between layers of rich Greek yogurt. Choose your favorite yogurt flavors, and favorite fruit. I chose lingonberries because they're pretty easy to find in farmer's markets this time of year. And, they add a burst of color and pop of flavor in your mouth.

Breakfast Parfait with Muesli and Lingonberries

3/4 cup muesli cereal (or your favorite whole grain cereal)
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, any flavor, any variety
1/3 cup fresh berries, such as lingonberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries
A few green grapes

Spoon 1/3 of the cereal (about 1/4 cup) into the bottom of a parfait glass. Top with 1/3 of the yogurt (about 1/4 cup). Repeat layers, ending with yogurt. Top with fresh fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
