Celebrate fresh summer tomatoes with this awesome pizza! When I'm short on time, I love using pre-made pizza crusts. They typically cook up delightfully crisp, and that’s ideal for this pizza. The medley of sweet cherry tomatoes, salty feta cheese, garlic-flavored olive oil, and fragrant oregano is incredible - like a refreshing salad on a crisp pizza crust. This might be more like a bruschetta than a pizza... That said, it’s perfect for entertaining!
