Groundhog Day February 2nd!

Tomorrow is Groundhog Day and I'll be watching! Will Punxsutawny Phil see his shadow and, as legend has it, be so scared that he heads back into his burrow for six more weeks of winter? Or, will the shadow be undetectable, leading us to believe we can expect warmer temperatures and an early spring? We'll see!

What you need if you want to make these adorable creatures...

For the "burrow":

• chocolate pudding
• mini chocolate chips
• crushed Oreo cookies

For the groundhogs:

• Milano cookies (any flavor)
• mini Rolo candies (for the ears)
• mini chocolate chips (for the eyes and nose)
• dried cranberries (for the mouth)
• halved pine nuts or slivered almonds (for the teeth)
• icing to hold it all together!
