Honey-Scotch
Glazed Salmon
Scotch
has a very strong, unique flavor, which is why I chose it for this salmon
dish. I add honey for sweetness and to create a thick, caramelized glaze. Enjoy!
Cooking
spray
4
salmon fillets (about 5 ounces each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons scotch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preheat
the oven to 400ºF. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place on the prepared pan. Whisk together the honey, scotch and soy sauce. Brush the mixture all over the top and sides
of salmon.
Roast 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon
is fork-tender.
